📚 Experiment – The Scarcity Principle (Cialdini, 1984)
Robert Cialdini, ek mashhoor psychologist, ne apni kitab "Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion" me bataya tha ki:
"Hum un cheezon ke liye zyada attract hote hain jo limited ya unavailable hoti hain."
Ye hi principle logon par bhi lagu hota hai:
Jab koi hume ignore karta hai ya emotionally unavailable hota hai, to hum uske liye aur zyada attract hone lagte hain — bina soche ki kya wo insaan hamare liye sahi hai ya nahi.

Jab hum kisi ko chase karte hain jo hume nahi chah raha hota, to wo hume lagta hai ki zyada valuable hai. Ye ek brain trick hai — jiska emotional loss ka dar humare dimaag me value badha deta hai.
Lekin asal me:
Wo ignore kar raha hai ya emotionally distant hai.
Aur hum usi ko priority de rahe hote hain — apne aapko ignore karke.

Jab koi ignore karta hai, us moment me aapka dimaag "loss se bachne ke liye" react karta hai, lekin ye sahi decision-making nahi hoti.
Aapka self-worth kisi aur ke attention se decide nahi hota.
Chase karna aapki value kam karta hai, sammaan nahi badhata.
