Assalamu'alaikum saboor bahi... Despite having an FTS of 43, I haven’t been considered by any firm — not even the Big 4. I’ve applied to more than 30 firms and even some industries, but haven’t received a single response. People used to say that if you clear CAF in two attempts, you’ll easily get into the Big 4 or at least a top 10 firm. But here I am — not even getting a test call. Honestly, it feels like only references matter, not merit. It’s truly disheartening after all the effort and expectations.
