*Dear God, I can’t stop telling You thank You first. I always say thank You because no matter what’s happening in my life, You’ve been so good to me. Thank You for this day and for giving me another breath. Your word in Psalm 136:1 says, Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. For His mercy endures forever. I don’t take it for granted how good You are. In a world full of so much pain and darkness, You are the light and the goodness that knows no bounds. I ask that You would cover me with Your protection and grace as I step into this day. Lead me by Your Spirit and not by my own will. Forgive me of my sins and the mistakes I’ve made. Thank You for another chance and for blessing me with this day. You are so good. In Jesus’ name, Amen.* *Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail.
