"He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Psalm 23:3" Knowing where to go for solutions puts all anxieties to rest. The Psalmist knew whom to go to in order to have his soul restored and to be given good direction to turn his situation around for good. The soul is the seat for the mind, will, and emotions; therefore, if your soul is cast down or depressed, it affects your thoughts, will power, and feelings. Dear beloved, if your soul is in a bad state, it can affect your spirit and body. It is not surprising to hear of people who fall sick after hearing bad news. Beloved, go to God and ask Him to restore your soul and lead you when your soul is not in the right state. The Word of God has all that you need to put your soul back to normal and direct it in the path of righteousness. May you never drink alcohol, smoke, or consult the wrong medium to fix your soul; it will only make things worse. May the Lord and His Word be your source of relief, restoration, hope, and light.
