ACTIVITY FACILITATORS Job Overview: Perbi Cubs is hiring energetic, child-centered, and responsible Activity Leaders for our Funtastika Summer Day Camp and Success Clubs. Leaders will create a safe, fun, and engaging space for children aged 4–14 through activities like art, reading, music, aerobics, swimming, coding/robotics, and outdoor play. They must supervise children, deliver scheduled programs, and uphold Perbi Cubs' high standards of care and educational value. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise children during all daily activities, including transitions and mealtimes. - Support children’s development in key learning areas: communication, literacy, math, arts, and more. - Plan and deliver engaging activities in specific program areas. - Ensure safety, inclusion, and a high-quality experience for all. - Promote teamwork, positive behaviour, and respect. - Communicate professionally with children, staff, and parents. - Maintain and organise equipment and supplies. - Identify and respond to children’s needs and escalate issues as needed. - Gather feedback and suggest improvements. - Attend required training and team meetings. - Uphold Perbi Cubs’ values and child safeguarding policies. Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum first degree in education, social sciences or humanities - Montessori Teacher’s Certificate or Diploma in Education/Childcare is a plus. - Prior experience with children’s programs is a strong advantage. - Willingness to learn health and safety protocols. - CPR/First Aid & Child Safeguarding certification is a plus. - Must pass a background check. - Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
