Job Opportunity: Field Mobile Phone Salespersons – Accra, Tema, Kasoa & Surrounding Areas We are seeking passionate and self-motivated Field Mobile Phone Salespersons to join our team. This role involves selling smartphones on flexible payment plans, onboarding new customers, and providing basic support. Candidates must have strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for marketing and sales. The ideal applicant is confident, hardworking, and able to work independently in outdoor field settings. Salary: GHS 1,000 basic + commission Earning Potential: GHS 2,000 – GHS 3,000 or more monthly Previous sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided. This is a performance-driven opportunity with excellent growth potential. Duties and Responsibilities Promote and sell smartphones and flexible payment options to customers in the field. Conduct door-to-door marketing, community activations, and customer outreach. Register and onboard customers accurately using mobile devices or sales platforms. Educate customers on product features, payment plans, and how to make payments. Assist customers with basic phone setup, SIM registration, and after-sales support. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently. Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships. Follow up with customers on payments and address any issues promptly. Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
