Hyundai Motor India invested ₹16.59 Cr in FPEL TN Wind Farm Pvt Ltd.
Acquired 23.62 lakh equity shares via private placement (1st tranche).
Post this, Hyundai now holds 26.13% stake in the company.
This is part of a ₹38.05 Cr investment plan announced in Nov 2024.
