Publicly-listed Indian solar company Insolation Energy (INA Solar) has signed a Letter of Intent with S.C Exact Equipment Co. Ltd. to set up a 3 GW turnkey solar cell manufacturing line in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh.
