Our Activity Team, led by the Head of Entertainment – Cruise Director, is the driving force behind unforgettable entertainment onboard, creating high-energy, guest-focused experiences that set the stage for incredible memories. We’re looking for natural performers who can light up a room—and aren’t afraid to own the spotlight in front of audiences of up to 1,000 guests. As an Activity Team member, you’ll emcee major events, host live game shows, lead theme nights, and bring nonstop energy to everything you do.

Activity Staff is an entry-level position on the Activity Team. This role provides fun and exciting activities for guests, like trivia games, Zumba® classes, dance lessons, arts and crafts, and any other fun activity you can think of! In this position, your goal is to help the Activity Team deliver a premium entertainment experience and make our guests’ vacations memorable.
Requirements:
Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the entertainment and hospitality field, including direct experience hosting activities for large groups. Confident/strong microphone experience is required. Entertainment talents such as dancing, singing, stage performance, hosting sports events, and arts and crafts are a plus, but candidates must be willing to participate in any/all such activities onboard as part of a team environment.
The Activity Manager leads the Activity Team in delivering a fun, safe, and elevated guest experience through dynamic entertainment programming and activities. They train and support the team, ensuring all events are executed to brand standards while optimizing guest flow and safety. As a confident leader and performer, the Activity Manager emcees events, collaborates with the Cruise Director on scheduling, and champions Service Excellence. They maintain thorough safety and maintenance records, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with HESS protocols.
Requirements:
Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience in entertainment, hospitality, or a related field, with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage large-scale events. Strong public speaking, emceeing, and live performance abilities are essential. Experience in training and developing teams, as well as managing safety and operational procedures, is required. Applicants must be organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a passion for guest service and entertainment excellence. Knowledge of HESS protocols and experience with team collaboration are a plus
