Yemeni citizens continue to shoulder the impacts of an economy in freefall. Women-led protests continue to demand a more dignified life, including the payment of salaries, basic services and accountability. What can be done to help alleviate their humanitarian and economic hardships? 1️⃣ The parties need to move away from a zero-sum mindset, towards pragmatism and compromise. 2️⃣ Allowing the Government of Yemen to export oil and gas. 3️⃣ Facilitating unobstructed flow of goods across the country.
