Discipline is a tool of correction for sons. *The purpose of chastening is not condemnation but correction and transformation of character.* God's intention for chastening is not to condemn you but to correct you; it is to train you so that *you may continually partake of His own holiness and not spend eternity in Hell.* It is the child the Father loves that He disciplines. *Because God loves you,* He won't withhold the rod of discipline from you. Though the process is not joyful but painful, *you will reap a harvest of righteousness and peace if you yield to it.* Beloved, embrace and *endure* the process of God's chastening in love so that you may *enjoy* the harvest thereof.
