Please send your CV to [email protected] 📍 Location & Roster Site-based in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi 6-Weeks on / 2-Weeks off roster (fly-in, fly-out or local hire) 1️⃣ Penanggung Jawab Operasional (PJO) - POP certification (mandatory) - Proven experience as a PJO in drilling & blasting or mining operations - Valid KJL certificate - Current driver’s licence - Strong leadership skills—able to motivate and manage large, multidisciplinary teams 2️⃣ Drilling & Blasting Engineer - POP certification (mandatory) - Hands-on experience with GPS RTK survey equipment (advantageous) - Solid grasp of burden relief, material movement, and drilling & blasting design logic - Comfortable using software for drill layout, tie-up, and blast optimisation - Current driver’s licence 3️⃣ Safety Supervisor - AK3U or equivalent HSE certification - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a mining or heavy-industry environment - Strong incident investigation & risk-assessment skills Proven track record driving site-wide safety culture and compliance 4️⃣ HR & General Admin Supervisor (HRGA - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field - 5+ years’ experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and payroll/GA - Familiar with Indonesian labour law, BPJS, and site-based HR best practices - Excellent communication skills and a “people-first” mindset *Preferences will be given to local hire
