Al Ghanim International in KSA (Medina) is currently seeking experienced professionals to join our engineering team for high-profile hospital projects. Senior Electrical Engineer: - Oversee the design and evaluation of LV, MV, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and nurse call systems. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations like NEC, NFPA, and HTM. - Collaborate with mechanical, architectural, and medical equipment teams. - Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and site execution. - Conduct site inspections and support commissioning activities. Senior Mechanical Engineer: - Design HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and medical gas systems. - Ensure adherence to ASHRAE, NFPA, HTM, and other relevant codes. - Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams. - Coordinate MEP works with other departments and stakeholders. - Manage testing, balancing, and commissioning processes. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 10 years of hospital design experience. - Proficient in international standards and local regulations. - Strong communication and leadership abilities. - Immediate availability or short notice availability is advantageous.
