Academic Statement on the Challenges Faced by Some Students During Online Exams at LPU As online examinations continue to be conducted through the CodeTantra platform at Lovely Professional University (LPU), a number of both local and international students have reported facing technical challenges during their exams. The most common issues include sudden disconnection from the system or the inability to start the exam, which in some cases has resulted in students being unable to complete or even begin their tests. Part of these challenges is attributed to the platform’s stringent security measures, which utilize artificial intelligence to ensure the integrity of the examination process. In this context, the Public Relations team within the Office of Local and International Student Affairs is actively monitoring and addressing these cases with great concern. The academic administration at LPU reaffirms its full commitment to resolving these issues and is diligently working on both technical and administrative solutions to ensure that all students have equal opportunities to take their exams in a fair and just environment. Students who encounter any issues during their exams are strongly advised to document the problem immediately—by taking screenshots or recording videos—and to submit a formal complaint through the official RMS system.
