The former commandant of the Special Investigations Unit (SIU), SSP Nixon Agasirwe Karuhanga has been remanded at Nakawa Chief Magistrate’s court, presided over by chief magistrate Esther Nyadoi, on charges of murdering the former assistant director of public prosecutions, Joan Kagezi Namazzi in 2015.
