3) No exceptions made for either party

5. Enforcement Consequences
1) Immediate and permanent removal from our system
2) Nationwide blacklisting across Ghana
3) Permanent blacklisting throughout our African partner networks
4) No appeals or reconsideration process
6. Legal Compliance Notice
This policy exceeds Ghana's labor standards. We maintain permanent records of all violations by both clients and candidates.
