The MEIYSAC-Youth & Sports Republic of Namibia held a stakeholder breakfast meeting today at Dagbreek School in Windhoek, aimed at revitalising the Friends of Education in Namibia Special Initiative (FENSI). The Friends of Education in Namibia Special Initiative (FENSI) is being revitalized as a platform uniting business, civil society, international partners, and individuals. Together, they will seek to drive impactful partnerships to strengthen education, sports, arts, youth development, and culture across Namibia. During the meeting, the Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports and Culture, Sanet Steenkamp, highlighted the task of the ministry. “Our task as a ministry is not merely to manage education or the quality of education to be improved, we have the challenge of transforming a generation,” she stated.
