A military delegation from the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces (UPDF) 2 Infantry Division, led by Division Commander Maj Gen Paul Muhanguzi, has arrived in Rwanda ahead of the Proximity Commanders’ Meeting scheduled to take place in Nyagatare District.
