The Prophet said about Honoring Mother Umm Ayman reported that her mother, who was a polytheist, came to visit her during the time of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh). She sought the opinion of the Prophet (pbuh), saying, 'My mother has come to me, and she is in need. Should I keep ties with her?' The Prophet said, 'Yes, maintain ties with your mother.'
