Many times, we have given in. But as we surrendered more to God and availed ourselves to recovery, we realized strength and were able to hold our forts where previously, we gave in. This growing strength grows on us as we grow in humility (depending more on God rather than self), honesty (being vulnerable and seeking support) and hope (it too will pass).
