The Managing Directors of the Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) and the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) will tomorrow formalize a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that grants KPC laboratories the mandate to test all petroleum products entering the country. This strategic collaboration is expected to significantly reduce turnaround times for fuel testing and enhance the overall efficiency of the national fuel supply chain.
