The National Police Service (NPS) has said a manhunt for the suspect who killed Police Constable Benard Koome Ithai, 32, at the Cravers area in Thika Town, has been launched. Constable Koome was shot by a criminal and rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Investigations into the incident have since been launched, and police have confirmed that critical leads are being pursued to identify and arrest the suspect behind the killing.
