الصدّي لـmtv: الأموال التي صُرفت على بواخر الكهرباء كان يُمكن أن تشتري البواخر ولا أريد تصفية حسابات سياسية ولكن لماذا لم يتمّ إنشاء أيّ معمل؟ ولماذا لدينا 4 سدود "لا معلقة ولا مطلقة"؟
Al-Seddi to MTV: The money spent on the electricity ships could have been used to purchase the ships themselves. I’m not trying to settle political scores, but why hasn't a single power plant been built? And why do we have four dams that are "neither completed nor canceled"?
