Please read this carefully and follow the instructions exactly: ⏰ UNDERSTANDING EXAM TIMING: 2-unit courses: You are given 1 hour to write. 3-unit courses: You are given 1 hour 30 minutes. However, the university portal gives a total window of 4 hours for each exam session (for example, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.). But your time starts counting the moment you log in and such an exam must be submitted within 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes depending on the unit course. *WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE TWO EXAMS AT THE SAME TIME:* 1. Log in and write one course first (it doesn't matter which one). 2. Finish and submit that course. 3. Log out immediately. 4. Log in again to write the second course. 5. Ensure both exams are completed and submitted within the session time. *🕒 EXAMPLE SCHEDULES:* 8:30 a.m. exams Must submit both papers before 12:00 p.m.. according to the total timeframe given to the course which is always written in the E-exam dashboard when you are asked to click on "Start exam". 11:00 a.m. exams Must submit both papers before 2:00 p.m.. 2:00 p.m. exams Must submit both papers before 4:00 pm *IMPORTANT NOTES:* ⛔️Do not attempt to open two exam tabs at the same time. ✅ As long as you haven’t opened the second exam before, you’re safe to log in again and write it after submitting the first.
