L1 Service Desk for Application Support and Infra Support
Basics Knowledge on the Operating System(Linux) Skill
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Proficiency in English and Hindi , Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly get trained on applications and tools for which support is expected
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Capability to Manage L1 operation by referring the Standard documents (SOP)
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role of at least 2 yrs
Willing to Reskill based on the Project Requirement
