Two interesting charts from a recent Morgan Stanley report. Don’t take this as a vote for small and midcap but the data shows why small and midcap has done well post 2020. Revenue and Earnings growth has grown for a much broader base of companies compared to the past. Falling share of profit of large companies also shows that profits have grown much faster outside the large companies universe.
