*A Heartfelt Invitation to the Journey of Hajj 2026* – *And a Gentle Reminder* Dear brother/ Sister Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, I pray this message finds you in the best of health, Imaan, and peace of heart. I write to you from a place of care and sincere regard — to encourage you to consider embarking on the most beautiful journey a believer can make: the Hajj. Hajj is not only an obligation, but a gift — a chance to wipe the slate clean, to stand on the plains of Arafat and feel the nearness of Allah in a way that words can’t fully capture. As our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “Whoever performs Hajj for the sake of Allah and does not utter any obscene speech or do any evil deed will return as free from sin as the day his mother bore him.” (Sahih Bukhari) Another narration reminds us: “Hasten to perform Hajj, for none of you knows what may happen to him.” (Ahmad, Ibn Majah) With improved travel conditions, easier arrangements, and the strength you currently have, this is truly a golden window to fulfill this pillar of our faith while it's still manageable and meaningful in every way. On a practical note, I’d also like to gently remind you — especially if you feel drawn to start planning — to check your passport, as per the latest guidelines issued by the Haj Committee. Please ensure: It is machine readable, valid at least up to 31st December 2026 and It is not damaged and If you’re applying for a new passport, make sure the Surname/Last Name field is not left blank and apply as early as possible. I know these are just formalities, but sometimes these small steps pave the way for something far greater. I truly hope you’ll reflect on this opportunity — not later, but now, while Allah has gifted you with the health, awareness, and space in life to do so. And if you ever decide to proceed, know that you won’t be alone. I would be more than happy to support you in any part of the process. May Allah guide your heart toward what is best, and bless you with a Hajj that is accepted and transformative. With warmest regards and du‘as, Your brother Wa Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah
