Responsible to manage and coordinate day-to-day activities with the enumerators. - Act as the governorate focal point for effectively communicate and respond to the DTM management team requests such as to conduct rapid needs assessments, displacement flow monitoring, etc. - Prepare the monthly operational plans in coordination with the enumerators under his/her areas of responsibility and share them with Field Operations Assistant and the DTM management team before the start of the upcoming month/round. - Lead the weekly meeting with the governorate enumerators in order to discuss the assessment forms and modify the work plans according to the circumstances. - Provide weekly reports to the Field Operations Assistant highlighting the current situation on the ground, the achievements, challenges and the proposed changes in the plan. - Conduct trainings on different modalities and tools of data collection for the enumerators under his/her area of responsibility. - Supervise the enumerators under his/her areas of responsibility on daily basis and make sure that field visits are conducted according to the operational plan. - Guide the enumerators and help them in finding solutions for challenges encountered in the field. - Accompany and train teams during their daily visits and check the quality of work. - Conduct monitoring visits of at least 10% of the locations under the areas of responsibility with the aim to check that enumerators have visited those locations and also to verify the collected information. - Provide a monthly report on the monitoring visits to Field Operations Assistant and the DTM team. - Triangulate the data and information with other sources such with key informants, community leaders, organizations, etc. - Providing monthly narrative governorate reports to Field Operations Assistant and to the DTM team including information about the situation in the governorate under his/her area of responsibility. - Create a contingency plan for the operations in case of risks and emergency situations and update it on a quarterly basis. - Collect information from the enumerators under his/her area of responsibility on incidents of humanitarian impact and submit the information through the DTM Humanitarian Alert Platform. - Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
