فرصة عمل شاغرة لمهندس دعم المستخدمين النهائيين (EUC Engineer) – أبوظبي مطلوب مهندس دعم سطح المكتب Desktop Support Engineer لديه القدرة على تنفيذ المهام التالية والخبرة في: التعامل مع تذاكر الدعم الفني المتعلقة بالأعطال أو الطلبات الخاصة بالأجهزة أو البرمجيات أو الشبكات على أجهزة المستخدمين. إرشاد العملاء خلال عملية تثبيت التطبيقات والملحقات (مثل الطابعات وغيرها). طرح أسئلة محددة لتشخيص الأعطال والمشاكل التقنية. خبرة في بيئة سطح المكتب الافتراضي VMware (VDI). خبرة في بيئة سطح المكتب الافتراضي Azure (AVD). خبرة في أنظمة تشغيل ويندوز (Windows 10 فما فوق) وخبرة في ترحيل أنظمة التشغيل. وجود خبرة في نظام Mac يُعتبر ميزة إضافية. خبرة في برامج التشفير مثل BitLocker. شهادة ITIL Foundation (الإصدار الثالث أو الرابع). خبرة عملية باستخدام أدوات إدارة خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات (ITSM Tools). يُفضل وجود خبرة مثبتة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات كمهندس دعم فني لسطح المكتب. إذا كنت مقيمًا في دولة الإمارات وترغب في التقديم، يُرجى إرسال سيرتك الذاتية إلى: 📧 [email protected] https://t.me/wzfnyEngineers Open position for EUC Engineer - Abu Dhabi. A desktop support engineer should be able to perform below tasks and have experience with: - Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking incidents and requests on the client’s machine. - Walking customers through the installation of applications and computer peripherals. - Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems. - Experience with VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). - Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AVD). - Experience with Windows operating system (Windows 10 and above) and Operating system migration experience. Mac is an added advantage. - Experience with encryption Software (e.g. BitLocker) - ITIL Foundation certification (V3/V4) - Working experience with ITSM tools. - 4-6 years of proven work experience as a desktop support engineer is preferred.
