The International Human Rights Council Confirms Nominee's from IHRC–Kenya to Support New York Office المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان يعلن عن اعتماد وفد IHRC–كينيا يتلقى ترشيح لمكتب نيويورك New York, June 18, 2025 – The Office of the High Representative for External Affairs of the International Human Rights Council (IHRC), accredited with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), is pleased to announce the official nomination of delegates from IHRC–Kenya. Following a formal submission by the Director of IHRC–Kenya, the Council confirms the following individuals as part of the approved delegation: Dr. Naomi Kendagor – Director Mr. Lokopia Timothy Louie Lomulen – IHRC–Kenya Ms. Esther Jebet Kendagor – IHRC–Kenya Mr. Isaac Pkurui Kalicheche – IHRC–Kenya The appointed team will collectively constitute one official Delegate seat, with designated support responsibilities to the IHRC Office in New York. This nomination reflects IHRC’s continued efforts to strengthen its international presence and foster global cooperation in the protection and advancement of human rights. The High Representative for External Affairs, Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, welcomed the appointment and emphasized the Council’s commitment to inclusive representation and effective engagement with all regional offices.
