وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الانسان: Bou-Said Expresses Optimism Over Upcoming Meeting on Iran’s Nuclear Program / الدكتور هيثم أبو سعيد يبدي تفاؤله إزاء اللقاء المرتقب حول البرنامج النووي الإيراني أعرب الدكتور هيثم أبو سعيد، الممثل الأعلى للشؤون الخارجية في المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان المعتمد لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للأمم المتحدة (إيكو سوك) لوكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الانسان، عن تفاؤله الكبير حيال اللقاء المرتقب اليوم بين كل من ألمانيا وفرنسا وبريطانيا مع إيران بشأن برنامجها النووي، استناداً إلى المعطيات والمصادر التي وردت إليه. وأشار الدكتور أبو سعيد إلى أن هذا الاجتماع قد يُسهم في تهدئة الأجواء تدريجياً، إذا ما جرى بحسن نية وبأرضية تفاهم مشتركة. وأكّد على أن التقارب بين الفرقاء الدوليين يجب أن يكون مثمراً، آخذاً بعين الاعتبار أمن المجتمعات الدولية، محذراً في الوقت نفسه من أن غياب الاتفاق أو التواصل الجاد قد يؤدي إلى تفلّت أمني يطال العالم بأسره، في ظل ما نشهده من توتر متزايد في القطاعات الاقتصادية العالمية، ما لا يبشر بالخير. وختم الدكتور أبو سعيد بيانه بالتشديد على ضرورة أن تلعب الولايات المتحدة الأميركية دوراً حيادياً وفاعلاً، يضمن سير المباحثات بطريقة متوازنة، بما في ذلك ممارسة ضغوط حقيقية على إسرائيل فيما لو تم التوصل إلى اتفاق، وذلك لضمان احترام نتائج أي تفاهم مستقبلية. His remarks are based on reliable sources and recent diplomatic developments. Dr. Bou Said stated that the meeting holds the potential to gradually de-escalate tensions, provided that it is conducted in good faith and on the basis of mutual understanding. He emphasized that constructive rapprochement among the parties involved is crucial, taking into account international societal security, which he warned could deteriorate if no agreement or serious dialogue is reached. “We are already witnessing growing unrest in the global economic sectors, which is a troubling sign,” he added.
