الدكتور ابو سعيد يثني على لقاء إيران مع ٣ دول غربية حول النووي Dr. Bou-Said commends the Iran's meeting tomorrow with three Western countries on the nuclear issue اثنى الممثل الاعلى للمجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان المعتمد لدى الأمم المتحدة بصفة خاصة الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد، بالإجتماع الذي سينعقد غداً الجمعة بين وزراء خارجية ألمانيا وفرنسا وبريطانيا مع وزير خارجية إيران عباس أرقجي في جنيف، لمناقشة برنامج إيران النووي في ظل التوتر الدائر بين طهران وتل أبيب لتعزيز المسار الدبلوماسي والحد من التصعيد.وأضاف أنه تم التأكيد على استعداد إيران للعودة إلى طاولة المفاوضات حول برنامجها النووي، وتحديداً اتخاذ إجراءات بناء الثقة مثل التزام بعدم السعي قنابل نووية، مع الاتفاق على استمرار الحوار .كما سيشهد اللقاء دعوة واضحة من E3 إلى عقوبات محتملة أو لجوء إلى آليات وفق الاتفاق النووي في حال فشل الحوار . في الوقت نفسه، رأى الدكتور ابو سعيد في اعلان الرئيس ترامب نيته إرجاء قرار المشاركة العسكرية في حال إعادة إطلاق المسار الدبلوماسي، والذي أشار إلى احتمالات إجراء محادثات مباشرة مع إيران مما يعكس توجّه مؤقت نحو حل تفاوضي. The High Representative of the International Council for Human Rights accredited to the United Nations ECOSOC, Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, particularly commended the meeting scheduled for Friday between the foreign ministers of Germany, France, and Britain and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Geneva to discuss Iran's nuclear program amid the ongoing tension between Tehran and Tel Aviv, with the aim of strengthening the diplomatic process and de-escalating tensions. He added that Iran's willingness to return to the negotiating table regarding its nuclear program was emphasized, specifically by taking confidence-building measures such as a commitment not to pursue nuclear weapons, while agreeing to continue dialogue. The meeting will also include a clear call from the E3 for possible sanctions or resorting to mechanisms under the nuclear agreement if the dialogue fails.
