Product Manager — ULO (Full-Time, Remote) About ULO ULO is a caretech platform on a mission to simplify access to quality care services. We're building tools that connect care-seekers to trusted caregivers and help families manage care with ease and peace of mind. We're early-stage and moving fast — validating, prototyping, and shipping our MVP across web and mobile. The team is small but mighty, and we care deeply about making a real impact. The Role We’re looking for a Product Manager who can lead and coordinate product efforts across design, development, QA, and marketing. You’ll work with care-seekers/caregivers and internal stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and execute features while ensuring the team stays aligned and the product is moving forward. Responsibilities Own product delivery from strategy to execution Work closely with designers, engineers, and QA to ship MVP features Manage sprints, track progress, and resolve blockers Conduct internal testing, collect feedback, and turn insights into action Set priorities based on data, business goals, and user needs Ensure deadlines are met and the team stays in sync Communicate clearly across teams and manage expectations Keep documentation, roadmaps, and tasks organized Requirements 1+ year in product management or startup leadership roles Experience managing cross-functional teams Excellent communication and people management skills Strong prioritization and decision-making ability Available full-time and focused Portfolio or case study showing past work Location: Fully remote Type: Full-time To Apply: Send your CV and product portfolio to [email protected]
