Some days you’re smiling, but your heart feels heavy. You show up, do what’s needed, and speak kindly, but deep down, you’re tired. Not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually. You don’t know how to explain it to anyone, so you just keep going, hoping something will change. And that’s okay. You don’t have to be strong all the time. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Healing doesn’t always look like progress, it often looks like quietly surviving what once broke you. Just know this: Allah sees that version of you too, the one who struggles but still makes du’a, who’s hurting but still chooses sabr. And He’s closer to you than you think. So breathe. Rest. Let the storm pass. And when it does, you’ll rise again, with a heart softened, a faith deepened, and a soul that finally understands: even this was mercy.
