The moon of Zilhaj has been sighted, confirming that Pakistan will celebrate Eid-ul-Adha on Saturday, June 7. After a committee meeting chaired by Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad and involving Ruet-e-Hilal members, Suparco, and meteorological officials, it was decided that the moon was not visible on the previous day. Astronomical data also showed the crescent was unlikely to be seen, leading to the final announcement.
