Pakistan and Iran have agreed to keep their border open 24/7 during Muharram and Arbaeen to ensure smooth passage for pilgrims. Both countries will also explore sea routes for pilgrim travel, enhance flights, and set up a dedicated hotline. Iran has pledged to host 5,000 Pakistani pilgrims in Mashhad and ensure better coordination through a trilateral conference in Mashhad.
