Lead robust school self-evaluation and quality assurance processes. Provide orientation to school leadership. Champion strategic initiatives that elevate student performance. Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks including KHDA and other regulatory frameworks. Cultivate a culture of continuous pedagogical innovation and improvement. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). 5+ years in school leadership or a similar quality-focused role. Proficient in English (spoken and written). Deep knowledge of curriculum design, inspection standards (KHDA or equivalent), and school improvement models. Data-driven approach to academic performance analysis.
