We are currently looking for Direct sales agents to market. We seek to become a leading provider of microfinance in Zambia. In order to achieve this and to respond to our growing market with the required Human Capital, we are currently looking to recruit self-motivated, highly driven, enthusiastic, energetic and innovative individuals to fill the position of DIRECT SALES AGENTS JOB DESCRIPTION • To market and sell payroll loans (GRZ, ZAF AND ZAMBIA ARMY) • Preliminary assessment of client affordability. • Collecting and submitting KYC documents for loan processing • Assisting clients sign loan agreements • Submitting original documents to respective branches • Market the company to potential clients SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES • Able to generate sales. • Great Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Self-Motivated • Confident and Creative • Able to work in a fast-paced competitive environment • Able to work under minimal supervision QUALIFICATIONS • Grade 12 Certificate or better • Smart Phone • Lusaka Based JOB EXPERIENCE None, Previous experience working as a sales agent is an added plus. High school graduates can also apply. SALARY 100% Commission based (Paid every week) very attractive commission and bonus structure.
