The individual should have atleast 2 years’ proven track record in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, achieving sales targets, and promoting company products/services both online and offline. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and sound computer knowledge are essential for this role. The position is for Lusaka and the individual will be reporting to the Director. The following are the key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through market research and outreach. Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets. Maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches and marketing presentations. Coordinate and participate in promotional events and campaigns. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and maintain an organized client database. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless customer experience. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales and marketing. Grade 12 Certificate Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field Excellent in English (spoken and written). Strong computer skills, including MS Office, email communication, and basic CRM tools. Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and deliver results. Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong negotiation skills.
