STATUS HI-TECH ON SITE STORES LTD( A PROUD MEMBER OF THE STATUS HI-TECH GROUP OF COMPANIES) is a fast-growing provider of innovative, partnership-based PPE supply and management solutions. As we expand operations across Zambia and the DRC, we are looking for highly motivated professionals to join our team in the following roles:
Deployment Locations May Include:
Maamba, Lufwanyama, Mpongwe, Nampundwe, Solwezi, Kalumbila, Chililabombwe, Mufulira, Kabwe, Ndola, Chingola, Lusaka, and DRC.
1. INVENTORY CONTROLLER (1 Position)
Main Duties:
Manage PPE inventory, ensuring stock accuracy through physical counts and reconciliations.
Maintain digital records and provide high-level usage and variance reports.
Collaborate with procurement and finance for replenishment planning.
Implement loss control measures and optimize inventory turnover.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
3+ years’ inventory management experience.
Strong proficiency in Excel and stock management software.
Graphical reporting skills using Excel dashboards or data tools.

Excellent troubleshooting ability.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills.
2. STOCK ISSUER (5 Positions)
Main Duties:
Accurately issue PPE to clients and record transactions in the system.
Maintain store cleanliness and conduct daily physical stock counts.
Troubleshoot discrepancies and escalate any variances or system issues.
Minimum Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Warehousing, or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in store operations.
Basic proficiency in Excel.

Customer service orientation and team spirit.
3. DRIVER – LOCAL (2 Positions)
Main Duties:
Safely transport goods to client sites across Zambia.
Maintain delivery logs and ensure proper handling of stock.
Conduct routine vehicle checks and assist with loading/unloading.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid Class CE driver’s license.
3+ years’ driving experience.
Basic Excel familiarity for delivery tracking.
Other Skills & Attributes:
Good knowledge of local routes.
Responsible, punctual, and professional demeanor.
4. DRIVER – CROSS BORDER (2 Positions)
Main Duties:
Transport stock across Zambia, RSA, and DRC.
Complete border documentation and customs clearance.
Ensure safety and compliance with regional transport laws.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid CE driver’s license with cross-border clearance.
5+ years’ experience driving rigid manual trucks across the region.
Familiarity with Excel-based trip sheets.

Cross-border troubleshooting and planning skills.
Defensive driving and route familiarity.
Strong communication.
5. IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (1 Position)
Main Duties:
Set up and support ICT infrastructure at all sites.
Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support.
Maintain and develop software based on C# and SQL.
Troubleshoot network, database, and device issues.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
3+ years’ experience in IT support.
Proficiency in C#, SQL, and Excel.
Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Other Skills & Attributes:
Strong documentation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and support remote teams.
6. GENERAL MANAGER (1 Position)
Main Duties:
Oversee company operations and ensure service excellence.
Lead business growth, client retention, and strategic planning.
Produce high-level reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure overall compliance and team alignment with business goals.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related.
8–10 years’ senior-level management experience.
Strong Excel skills and graphical presentation/reporting capability.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
7. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (1 Position)
Main Duties:
Manage all financial reporting, accounting records, and statutory compliance.
Lead budgeting, cash flow analysis, and tax reporting.
Provide financial reports using Excel and accounting software.
Minimum Requirements:
Full ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience in accounting roles.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with high-level graphical reports.

Strong financial analytical skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Integrity and adherence to deadlines.
8. COST ACCOUNTANT & DATA SPECIALIST (1 Position)
Main Duties:
Analyze cost data (forward/backward) for internal insights and client reports.
Monitor PPE usage trends and generate actionable reports.
Present data via dashboards and visual reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics.
3+ years’ experience in cost control or data reporting.
Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and ERP systems.

High numerical and analytical aptitude.
Presentation and reporting accuracy.
Self-driven and detail-oriented.
