A delegation from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, led by Shaikh Ziaur Rahman Al-Aryubi, Academic Deputy of the Ministry of Higher Education, and Mawlawi Sakhaullah Saeed, Deputy Minister of Education, met with the Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation. The meeting took place in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, and focused on enhancing academic cooperation between the two countries. Discussions included the development of bilateral agreements, the exchange of academic experiences, and opportunities for collaboration between universities. The Islamic Emirate delegation is visiting Russia to participate in the Third International Academic Forum of Ministers of Higher Education and Education.
