Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan voiced strong support for Iran’s right to self-defense amid escalating conflict with Israel, calling Tehran’s actions "natural, legitimate, and lawful" in response to Israeli “banditry and state terrorism.” Speaking at the AK Party Parliamentary Group Meeting in Ankara, Erdogan harshly criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, saying he has "surpassed Hitler in the crime of genocide" and condemned Israeli strikes across Gaza, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, and Iran. He warned that the blood of innocent civilians stains not only Israel but also its silent supporters, and reassured the Turkish public that all state institutions are on alert to protect national security in light of regional tensions.
