Mawlawi Attaullah Omari, Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock, met with a group of Afghan businessmen in St. Petersburg during his visit to Russia. In a press release, the Ministry of Agriculture stated that Minister Omari encouraged Afghan businessmen to take advantage of the available opportunities and invest in various economic sectors, particularly agriculture, within Afghanistan.
