Psalm 119:105 ESV Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. A lamp does not give light if it’s not switched on, both modern and olden days lamps, if not switched on you can still stay in dark while you have them. The same with the Word of God, we need to be spending time studying it for it to lighten our path. We need to be connected to a switch which is our Bibles and prayer for our path to be illuminated. If you are not connected who is directing your decisions, when facing challenges, you need the Word of God to lead you to the right path. Our Father wants to lighten your path, it’s up to you to switch the lamp on. Let’s pray: Father, we call on You to lighten Your children’s paths this morning as they connect to Your Word. Let Your voice guide them and walk with them throughout their day. Lead them beside still waters this morning. Holy Spirit, open their hearts and ears so they are able to hear when You speak and give them directions. In Jesus name, Amen. Stay Blessed - TM
