🚨All BSA s/BEO s , Schools have started.. please ensure that teachers do the following task and monitor: 👉1. Complete all data enteries of UDISE including infrastructure facilities, teacher and student data. 👉2. Tablet modules other than teacher and student attendance. Please ensure that modules of library, smc meeting, sports equipment, budget, stock register are all filled. 👉3. Collect data about last year's Balvatika students who are in class 1 this year. 👉4. Push DBT data completely which is available on portal. Around 40 lakh data has to reach HQ for next round of DBT 👉5. Ask all school principals/teachers to make timetable for school ensuring use of smart class, sports, library, lab, LBD classes are also included. 👉6. All BEO to see all the timetables and review. 👉7. School readiness, Cleanliness, .prepare for school chalo abhiyan. Including Balvatika. 👉8. List all students enrolled who don't have ADHAR. Make a rooster for BRC adhar creation. 👉9. House to house survey for our of school students and never enrolled students. 👉10. Pairing of schools activity ground work , talk with parents, smc . 👉11. PTR transfer list is to be released on 19th. Ensure relieving the same day. 👉12. Same for Shiksha Mitra and within district samayojan which will start on 19th. 👉13. Meetings with DM /CDO regularly to ensure pairing of schools is done seamlessly. Best Wishes DG , Schools.
