Surveillance Cameras Installed by Occupying Forces in Kharan City Removed and Seized — BLF
The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) carried out a successful operation against the surveillance and spying cameras installed by the occupying Pakistani forces in Kharan city on the evening of June 15, at around 7 PM. In this operation, the BLF fighters dismantled and seized cameras installed at various locations, including Shahwani Chowk, Sabzi Mandi (vegetable market), Qila Chowk, and Shopping Bazaar.
The purpose of this surveillance system, implemented through hidden cameras by the occupying forces, is to closely monitor the movement of the Baloch people and to keep watch over their private and collective activities. The Baloch Liberation Front believes that such surveillance arrangements using hidden cameras serve as a crucial tool for the occupying forces to sustain Pakistan’s colonial rule and repression over the Baloch nation, as well as to wage war against the independence movement.
The BLF accepts responsibility for removing and seizing the hidden cameras installed by the occupying forces at various locations in Kharan city and reaffirms its commitment to continue its struggle against all forms of aggression and surveillance by the occupying forces until the independence of Balochistan.
