This role requires a keen attention to detail, outstanding analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of HSE regulations, risk management, and safety protocols. The successful candidate will be proficient in developing and implementing HSE policies, conducting safety audits, and overseeing the execution of safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 01. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications preferred. 02. NEBOSH Level 6 International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Certification is Mandatory. 03. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on EPC projects in Oil and Gas Sector. 04. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices. 06. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. 07. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in HSE performance. 08. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 09. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure. 10. Having Client Approval as Site HSE Manager is preferred.
