We’re on the lookout for a seasoned HR leader to take charge as Manager – Plant HRBP at our Wada / Aranya Factory. 🛠️Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end HR strategy and execution at the plant • Drive manpower planning, cost optimization, and productivity improvement • Ensure 100% statutory compliance, robust employee engagement, and talent development • Proactively manage Industrial Relations – build trust with union partners and drive harmonious IR • Build a culture of continuous improvement, capability, and compliance through TPM and SMART Plant practices Who We’re Looking For: • 15–l8 years of plant HR experience with strong IR and people leadership credentials • Deep exposure to labor laws, grievance redressal, discipline management, and engagement frameworks • Local language proficiency and strong stakeholder influencing skills • A self-starter with the ability to anticipate, solve and lead HR at a strategic and operational level • MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR with a strong factory HR track record 📍 Location: Wada / Aranya Plant Reach out via DM or apply now if you’re ready to drive impact from the shopfloor up!
