`#فقه_الحج_والعمرة` *Question:* I suffered from heatstroke after performing the Jamarat al-Aqabah ritual and Tawaf al-Ifadah, and I was unable to stay overnight in Mina during the Days of Tashreeq to perform the stoning ritual. I appointed someone to do it on my behalf. Is there a penalty (dam) for this? If so, can it be carried out in a country other than Mecca? *Answer:* As long as you left Mina due to illness and were unable to stay overnight, there is no harm in that. If you left Mina due to illness, underwent treatment, or were given permission as a water carriers, shepherds, guards, or for any similar reason, there is no harm. Appointing someone else (a proxy) to perform the stoning ritual on your behalf is permissible when there is a valid excuse. > https://binbaz.org.sa/fatwas/2255/حكم-ترك-المبيت-بمنى-لعذر-والتوكيل-في-الرمي 🖇️ https://t.me/kkews001 🖇️ https://shorturl.at/WFr6t
