*Narrated by Rifā‘ah ibn Rāfi‘:*
Abu Bakr as-Siddīq stood on the minbar, then wept, and said:
_"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood on the minbar the previous year, then he wept, and said:_
*'Ask Allah for pardon and well-being, for no one has been given anything better after certainty (yaqīn) than well-being (ʿāfiyah).'"*
📘 Reported by at-Tirmidhi
📄 *Al-‘Afw (Pardon):*
It means covering faults and forgiving sins,
🖇️ And Prophet Muhammad ﷺ began with al-‘Afw because it leads to al-‘Āfiyah (well-being),
⬅️ *Al-‘Āfiyah:* is that Allah takes charge of defending you in every matter,
🖇️ So if Allah forgives your sins and covers your faults,
⬅️ He grants you *well-being* in your Dīn (religion), Dunyā (worldly life), and Ākhirah (Hereafter).
_Yaqeen (Certainty) in Allah is one of the greatest things a person can ever be given._
🔖 ```How to Attain Certainty (Yaqeen) in Allah سبحانه وتعالى:```
1⃣ *Supplication (Du‘a):*
Constantly turn to Allah in sincere supplication, asking Him to strengthen your faith and grant you certainty.
2⃣ *Acting According to the Qur’an and Sunnah:*
Live your life in accordance with the teachings of the Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ.
3⃣ *Knowing Allah through His Names and Attributes:*
Learn and reflect upon the Names and Attributes of Allah to increase your love, fear, and trust in Him.
4⃣ *Reading the Stories of the Prophets and the Righteous Predecessors:*
Their lives are full of lessons that strengthen faith and increase certainty.
5⃣ *Avoiding Sources of Doubt That Shake the Foundation of Faith:*
Stay away from ideologies, people, or content that stir doubts or weaken your conviction.
6⃣ *Not Comparing Your Life with That of Others:*
Focus on your own journey and trust that Allah’s plan for you is best, instead of looking at others’ lives.
